Bruce County is now recruiting an Administrator for the Gateway Haven long term care home in Wiarton. The Administrator provides day-to-day operational leadership and oversight for the Long-Term Care Facility including managing staff, financial matters, and overseeing the allocation of operational and capital resources and operations for all departments. Gateway Haven operates as a municipal home, and the not-for profit structure allows for a level of care that is of exceptional quality while also being transparent in operation and accountability.

• Salary Range: $134,553-$158,288 (annually).
