Executive Committee

  • Committee received the Grey Bruce Local Immigration Partnership (GBLIP) Year Three Review. Report
  • Committee received the Integrity Commissioner Service Proposal. Report
  • Committee directed staff to prepare a response to the Minister of Municipal of Affairs that are supportive of the changes to the definition of Affordable Residential Unit introduced under Bill 134, the Affordable Homes, Good Jobs Act and directed the Clerk to circulate this report to municipal CAOs and Clerks in Bruce County. Report
  • Committee authorized the Warden and CAO to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bruce Power and the Nuclear Innovation Institute related to staffing and structure for the Clean Energy Frontier Program. The necessary By-law will be forwarded to County Council for adoption and By-law 2021-048 will be repealed. Report
  • Committee recommended approval of revisions to the Procedural By-law. Report
  • Council announced the appointment of Christine MacDonald as the new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), effective December 16, 2023. News Release
