Bruce County Small and Medium-Sized Businesses Invited to Discover Immigration as a Workforce Solution

Bruce County is inviting local entrepreneurs, business owners and hiring leaders to the Immigration Strategies for Workforce Success event, designed to help businesses discover how hiring through immigration can lead to business growth and sustainability by connecting them with immigration experts and local businesses who have successfully navigated through the pathways of hiring international candidates.

Bruce County is inviting local entrepreneurs, business owners and hiring leaders to the Immigration Strategies for Workforce Success event, designed to help businesses discover how hiring through immigration can lead to business growth and sustainability by connecting them with immigration experts and local businesses who have successfully navigated through the pathways of hiring international candidates.

This half-day session will feature keynote speaker Jennifer Roggemann, Roggemann Immigration Law. Jennifer was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. As a teenager, she came to Canada to complete her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph and LLB (law school) at University of Victoria, BC. Jennifer started practicing law in 2000 and now focus on immigration law exclusively in Kitchener / Waterloo where she has resided over 25 years with her spouse and two children. Her expertise will explore effective immigration hiring strategies that can help with business growth and staffing issues.

The event will provide an engaging platform for business leaders to network, discuss and learn about the complexities and advantages of immigration in the business context. Attendees will leave equipped with practical ideas and strategies to implement immigration practices successfully within their operations.
