Waste Management Programs - Kincardine

Recycling Information:  Blue box recycling is collected curbside throughout the Municipality of Kincardine. Cardboard is not accepted through the curbside program, depots are available that the Kincardine Waste Management Centre, Ward 3 and the soccer fields located near the Public Works Garage (Valentine Ave).

Electronic Waste Information:  Electronic items can be dropped off at Kincardine Waste Management Centre and Ward 3 landfill sites at No Cost. Accepted Materials: Audio & Video Players and Recorders, Cameras, Cell Phones, Computers, Copiers, Fax Machines. Monitors, Pagers, Printers, Radios, Receivers, Scanners, Speakers, Telephones, Televisions, Video Projectors.

Tire Information:  Residents can drop off tires at the Kincardine Waste Management Centre and Ward 3 landfill site free of charge (a quantity restriction of 4 tires/visit may be in place). Tires with rim will be charged a fee.

Battery Information:  Household batteries can be dropped of at the Kincardine Waste Management Centre, Ward 3 landfill site and Municipal Office for proper disposal. Accepted batteries include: Single - use batteries (AAAs, AAs, 9-volts, D's & C's), Lithium batteries, and Button cell batteries.
