Bruce County has appointed Bettyanne Cobean as its new Acting Chief Administrative Officer. “I’ve enjoyed working for the County throughout my career and I am honoured to lead the County during this transition period,” says Bettyanne Cobean. “I look forward to working closely with Warden Twolan, County Council, staff and our community partners as Acting CAO. Bruce County is an amazing community and I am confident that we have a team in place to make this transition a smooth one. We will continue delivering the highest level of service to our residents, business and partners, as we continue to move forward – advancing our vision for Bruce County,” she adds.

“Bettyanne has a wealth of municipal experience and knows Bruce County well, returning to the County after having just recently retired as the Director of Corporate Services. We are pleased she has accepted Council’s invitation to oversee the administration and day-to-day operations of the County,” said Bruce County Warden, Mitch Twolan.
