The Chesley Main Street Bridge, located on 1st Avenue (Bruce Road 30) in Chesley, will open in time for the holidays on December 21, 2018, with some limitations to vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic.

This site remains a construction zone and, as such, is restricted to a 40 kph speed zone. Pedestrian access will be restricted to the east sidewalk of the bridge - the west pedestrian sidewalk will remain closed. The bridge will be open in this capacity until work resumes on completing the remainder of the project in May 2019.
